Kinden formulates its growth strategy in line with its corporate philosophy to become a leading consolidated equipment company by improving corporate values while gearing its long-term business orientations in line with what is anticipated a decade from now.

Our group set the goal of gaining “an 8% operating profit margin” and “a 30% payout ratio” by doubling credence from customers and evolving alongside them and will pursue the following business strategies:

  • Strengthen and link the three main pillars (Electrical, Environmental Management Facilities and Information and Communications Network) as integrated electrical and facility engineering

Medium-term Management Plan
(FY 2017 – 2020)

Our medium-term management plan has been nurtured as a four-year project since FY 2017 to accomplish our growth strategy. Toward FY 2020, which marks a major milestone for us with the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic games as well as separating electrical power production from power distribution and transmission, we aim to achieve numerical targets based on the following slogan and basic principle while our whole group collaborates.
