In August 1944, in keeping with the public-interest nature of the electrical construction business, Kinden was founded through the merger of six construction companies. Ever since, we have devoted ourselves to societal advancement while boldly taking on the leading-edge projects of each new era, with a mission to help rebuild a homeland devastated by war, support economic growth, and develop social infrastructure.

Today, with the support of many customers, we contribute to power infrastructure while maintaining our community-based operations. At the same time, we are further strengthening our business in the Greater Tokyo area as we develop operations throughout Japan and internationally.

Going forward, as an integrated facility engineering company handling electrical, air-conditioning and sanitation, information and communications, and interior facilities, we will continue to value “human resources and heart” and to further strengthen our “on-site commitment and execution”—the power to see through to completion the work at the worksite, which is the foundation of our business.

Additionally, as a company that helps create a more environmentally friendly, sustainable, and better society, we will steadily move forward, together with all of you, toward sustainable growth and development.
